| Description |
Central air sterilization and purification is performed by adding various air purifiers to existing or newly built HVAC systems, e.g., return air grille, air handling unit (AHU/FCU), air ducting, etc.
Modern technology of UV light, high voltage electrostatic, air filtration is utilized in air purifiers separately or combinedly, for effectively killing virus/bacteria and removing pollutants contained in air. This kind of physical air sterilization and purification consumes electricity only during operation. No need any chemical and other consumables. No need to change the existing HVAC systems.

The UV light photocatalyst air sterilizer can be easily mounted on the existing ducting, AHU, or plenum boxes, effectively killing viruses, bacteria, mold and other living airborne pathogens in air as it recirculated through the ventilation system.
The UV light is cased by a photocatalytic mesh. A photo chemical reaction occurs when UVC light is absorbed by the photocatalytic Titanium Dioxide Antatase TiO2 semiconductor. An advanced oxidation conversion process occurs creating hydroxyl radicals (OH) and super oxide anions (O2) known to be among the most powerful oxidizing agents for fighting airborne contamination. This photocatalytic oxidation process aggressively deconstructs gaseous contaminants, increases germicidal kill rates and safely eliminates odors in the air.
Ultraviolet is classified into three wavelength ranges. The first is UV-C, which ranges from 100 nanometers (nm) to 280 nm. Next is UV-B, which ranges from 280 nm to 315 nm. Last is UV-A, ranging from 315 nm to 400 nm. Germicidal Ultraviolet (UV-C) wavelengths is used for this air sterilizer. UV-C radiation renders harmful micro-organisms such as bacteria and viruses ineffective, by destroying the genetic information in the DNA. In this method of disinfection, nothing is added – making it simple, inexpensive, and very low maintenance. |  |
