| Description |
The eggcrate air grille is used for supplying or returning air, has the lowest pressure drop and sound level by the largest free area available. Consisting of aluminum strips that are machine cut and notched, then bonded together to form a horizontal and vertical grid structure, the eggcrate air grille has uniform square openings with 0/45 degree deflection air flow. Ideal for ceiling and wall installation in commercial and residential HVAC projects. Eggcrate plates fixed to frame or removable core is optional.
Construction
Frame: High quality extruded aluminum profile with 30 mm flange width as standard. Other width is optional.
Blade: Aero foil blades from aluminum profiles. High quality extruded aluminum profile with 0.35 / 0.47 mm thickness.
Grid spacing: 12.7 x 12.7 mm as standard.
Finishing
Natural anodized aluminum finish.
High Quality Epoxy Powder coated color finish as per RAL color codes.
Flexibility of finishing is available as option.
Optional Accessories
OBD (Opposed blades damper).
Black nylon mesh filter.
