| Description |
In the pursuit of reducing air borne bacteria in operation rooms, laminar air flow system provides a controlled distribution of biologically clean air at the operating table, while reducing the risk of contamination from outside the clean zone.
The range of laminar air flow ceilings ensures efficient protection against contamination which can occur during invasive acts and caused by airborne dead or living particles. The designed air flow velocity reduce the uncomfortable feeling of air breezing.

| Laminar Flow Strategies |
Laminar air flow one-pass systems are used to bathe an area in a uniform, continuous shower of filtered ultra-clean air. The laminar ceiling panel is designed to minimize mixing (non-aspirating), while providing a unidirectional air stream that is perpendicular to a perforated panel. Particle control is achieved by removing the particles from the source, and away from a defined critical area. Air distribution systems for particle control will typically consist of vertical laminar flow.

Ordering Info
1. Outer dimension: length, width, height (by manufacturer’s standard if not provided).
2. Air flow rate: required for verification of dimension.
3. Air filter grade: H13 (as default), H14, U15.
4. Material of construction:
Casing: steel sheet powder coated (recommended), stainless steel 201, stainless steel 304.
Perforated facing plate: steel sheet powder coated, stainless steel 201, stainless steel 304 (recommended).
Damper: the buyer to specify if not same with casing material.
5. Optional: LED panel lights, standard width 300mm.
